I have been having a very difficult week dealing and coping with the symptoms of my sarcodosis this week !
After a very stressful week last week, my body is finding it very difficult to find back physical balance....
Waking up after a full night sleep ...felling exhausted as if I had been run over by a truck ....not one morning but most of these mornings this week ...
I have therefore tried to limit my physical activity to the minimum not to overstress my body even more
I have increased my antioxidant supplements : from one shot a day to 2 one in the morning and in the afternoon to even three when I was feeling over exhausted
I have also increased my vitamins and supplements to help my body cope and recover from the stress.
The over tiredness has created a frustration sensation of not physically being able to perform what I had planned to achieve on the day. This has itself has created an comfort eating compensation reaction >>> this need to be altered to avoid long term damage !
When exhausted >>> stop and rest seems an obvious thing to do ....but sometimes it is difficult trying not going against it.
Dealing and Living with sarcoidosis in my personal experience is all about BALANCE : finding the right balance of exercise not to over exhaust the body and eating the right foods and adding supplements. It's all about listening to one's body: when the body says it's exhausted we have to learn to listen and not override it ...
